NBAA MEMBERS ROCK THE BFL!

Staff Member Doug Maurer Leads the Pack!

A number of NBAA members stepped it up for the big BFL tournament held recently on Muskegon Lake. Staff member Doug Maurer dominated the field with a sack of largemouths that tipped the scales at 15lbs 11oz for first place honors and a check for nearly $3500! Doug is well known to NBAA members as the IT Director and as the developer of the Tournaments Results Tracker area of our website. Doug is also president and owner of BTI, a software and systems design firm in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He is fishing several of our Weekend Challenge events and is a fixture at all of our special events.

Doug will also cash in on the Skeeter Bonus Cash for winning this tournament out of his new Skeeter boat – good for another $1500! It pays to be a Skeeter owner!

Five of the top six places were taken by NBAA members, including Jack Perrin, 3rd; Derek Cummings, 4th; Clift Jackson, 5th; and Marc Snyder, 6th.Several other members had good showings including Kyle Buck, west side director, who finished in the money at 17th place.
