 Pine Lake Seminar a Big Success!
NBAA Directors Larry Hayes Sr. and Larry Hayes Jr. spoke recently to students at the Michigan Tech Center on Pine Lake near Delton, Michigan. The topic was fishing on Pine Lake for a variety of species from panfish to bass to bullheads. The Hayes’ are well known tournament anglers in the area, but are also expert crappie and bluegill fishermen. more» |

Get Ready to “Fish Us First” With Over 50 Divisions Kicking Off!
In the next few days over, Over 50 divisions will kick off their 2005 season. NBAA anglers will have their choice of weekend, afternoon, and weekday tournaments from Idaho to Michigan to Texas. By the first week in June, we’ll be holding tournaments on every day of the week and we’re still adding new divisions. Check out the great new CALENDER feature in our Tournament Result section.  HUGE TURNOUT EXPECTED FOR EAST MICHIGAN KICK OFFS!
Head to the Events on St Clair, Detroit River and Lake Erie for Monster Smallies! Hot on the heals of the record setting regular Michigan opener, NBAA is set to kick off the big water divisions on the east side. The inland divisions around the Motor City are drawing huge numbers, with many divisions drawing between 20 and 30 boats per night. This should mean great numbers at our big water events.

NBAA is working hard to bring tournament angling to everyone, no matter your schedule. We were the first circuit to offer a weekday event, and this year we’re giving you over a half dozen to choose from. Tournaments are available from Detroit to Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, Michiana, Allegan, Holland and now Muskegon! These are great for shift workers, retirees, teachers and those with flexible schedules. (Also great for those with an abundance of sick days to use up!) more» |

Huge opening day event hosted by Leaders Marine! - NBAA will host a huge opening day tournament on Gun Lake on May 28, 2005. Leaders Marine has stepped up to host this kickoff event and will provide refreshments for anglers at the weigh-in which will be held at their Gun Lake facilities. Directors Larry Hayes Sr. and Larry Hayes Jr. will conduct this tournament as the kickoff to their 2005 schedule. Watch for more announcements on this huge event! Fish Us First Qualifier!
