NBAA Anglers Turn Out in Force!

In what was surely record breaking week for NBAA. Hundreds of anglers fished dozens of tournaments throughout the country to welcome the unofficial start of summer. Circuits are seeing an average of a 20% increase in the number of anglers, with several circuits topping 20 boats in the evening tournaments. NBAA was the clear choice of anglers kicking off their Michigan season.

Memberships are rolling in at a record rate, with over 300 signing up just last week. Our new circuits are a big hit, with the average field of around 10 to 12 boats. Don’t forget to check out our weekday events for second and third shifters, retirees and anyone who has a flexible schedule. We are starting up several circuits this week, so be sure to check out the CALENDAR page and take advantage of the Auto Value “FISH US FIRST” promotion. We’ve given away dozens of MIS race tickets, with a huge amount yet to be awarded.

Individual divisions have already awarded thousands in cash and prizes. NBAA directors have done a great job of getting local sponsors – you never know what you might walk away with – Gift certificates, rods, pizzas, oil, lures and even jars of mustard. That’s right, Rex and Debbie Swank will be giving out the ever popular jars of mustard at their weeknight and weekend tournaments again this year.
