Stacey King Packs the House at D&R/NBAA Day!

Special Appearance by Kevin VanDam

The Annual NBAA day at D&R Sports was a great time by all who attended. Anglers were treated to a special seminar by Stacey King and with barely a empty seat for this special seminar Stacey covered many items including river fishing for bass. And if that wasn’t enough Kevin VanDam made a special appearance and talked with several of the anglers throughout the afternoon. With Stacey King on hand and a special guest appearance by Kevin VanDam everyone had a great time.

NBAA was also on hand signing up new members and unveiling many new changes for the 2008 season. Some of the items that were covered at this special event is the championship site for next season. NBAA will be going back to Houghton Lake in 2009 and the response was great. Many of the anglers that were on hand for the special day had attended the championship at Houghton in 2007 and were very excited to hear that NBAA will be going back.

Other items that were covered were the special One on One Super Qualifying events, “NEW” Red, White and Blue brackets, and the lower entry fee for the Weekend Challenge events in 2008. All of these items will be in the upcoming issue of the National angler which will be mailed out at the end of this week.
