NBAA - 1 on 1 National Championship Registration!

The season is drawing near for the 1 on 1 division events. This only means one thing, the 1 on 1 National Championship is soon to follow. This year’s championship will take place on Gun Lake near Shelbyville, Michigan on August 29th. Gun Lake has some great bass fishing which includes both Smallmouth and Largemouth bass. Anglers from all over the mid-west will take on the bass of Gun Lake to see who will be the 2010 1 on 1 National Champion.

Details for this year’s NBAA One on One Championship are as follows:

To get the best boat draw number possible you will need to pre-register. Anglers who pre-register will be assigned a boat number by random drawing before the event. Anglers who are point champions will go out first, followed by qualifiers than wildcards. You may pre-register by either calling Jack Horning @ 269-838-9482 or going on-line at www.nbaa-bass.com and completing the registration form. Pre-registration dead line is Monday August 23. Anglers who do not pre-register still may fish the event if qualified but will go out in sequential order following the anglers who pre-registered.

Registration for this event will start on Sunday August 29 at 5:00 am at the Allegan County Boat Launch. The entry fee for this year’s event will be $50.00 and this will include big bass. Take off will be at approximately 7:00 am with check in at 3:00 pm. If two flights are needed, second flight will take off 15 minutes after first flight checking in at 3:15. There will be no off limits on Gun Lake and all NBAA rules will apply.

First place – anglers will be fishing for a new quad from Arctic Cat. Along with the Arctic Cat quad anglers will be going for cash and other great sponsor products. Including items from Minn Kota, Bass Pro Shops, National Angler, Lucky Craft, BoatUS ANGLER, Lazer Sharp, Wrangler Rugged Wear, McDonalds of Gun Lake, Humminbird and more.
