Clark/Vergara take NBAA Directors Championship!

Brian Clark and Carlos Vergara recently won the 2011 NBAA Directors Championship. This special event was held on Austin Lake near Kalamazoo, Michigan. Carlos and Brian topped the field of nearly 30 teams weighing in 13.58 lbs. In second place was the team of Dan Curylo and BJ Gerlach. Dan & BJ weighed in 12.55 lbs. Their great bag of fish also included the big bass of the tournament, a 4.55 lb smallmouth. Following in third place was the team of Danny & Clayton Sprague. Danny and Clayton had another limit topping the scales at 11.10 lbs. The top teams took home some great plaques, prizes and cash. NBAA would like to thank all of the directors/co-directors who participated in this year’s event. We’d also like to thank all of the sponsors who made this event possible.
