Vision Multimedia Solutions LLC Announces Partnership Agreement with Bill McElroy, Creator of Cartoon Series Scales and Tales™

Vision Multimedia Solutions, LLC announced today that an agreement has been reached to form a partnership with Bill McElroy, the creator of the nationally published cartoon series Scales and Tales.

Vision Multimedia Solutions, the leading provider of content services, integrated marketing solutions and business development services, acquired all development rights to the series, characters, marks, etc.

The result of this partnership is the formation of Scales and Tales Partners, LLC, which now owns the trademark and copyright to the series and its characters.

Scales and Tales Partners, LLC is a privately held company whose mission is to bring to life the whimsical, fun and unique characters of Scales and Tales through the development of high quality products and services that serve the passion of enthusiasts, enhance people’s ability to enjoy the sport, encourage participation in the sport and extend the fishing experience and lifestyle beyond the waters edge.

Scales and Tales Partners, LLC will develop and extend the brand across all digital platforms and consumer product lines through strategic alliances, partnerships, joint ventures and licensing agreements.
